Producer

Our 300 laying hens are an important part of our farm, building soil vitality in our fields while producing nutrient-dense, affordable protein for our community year-round. During the growing season, they roam through our fields, helping fertilize the land and increase soil biodiversity. In the winter, they forage in our compost operation. They're also friendly and are a favorite with the school groups who come visit the farm on field trips!
